Mack Camera Extended limited warranty for digital cameras

Mac Camera and Video Service, Inc., 200 Morris Av., Springfield, NJ 07081.

Complaint:

This is not about what they did but about what they did not.

Did not refuse repair because I did not have the original receipt.

Did not take long to determine the needed repair and ship to Sony. One week.

Did not refuse to call Sony upon my request to do so a week later. Rich called right back to tell me Sony had the Camera on the bench.

Did not stop at that. Rich suggested I call him back on a week or so for an update.

Did not give me a hard time when I did call. He called Sony and called me right back to tell me Sony will ship camera to them next day.

Did not stop at that. He told me that he will be on the look out for the camera and will have it shipped "priority" as soon as it arrived.

He did not forget. I got the camera a week after our conversation.

Did not messed up the repair. Camera is working perfectly.

Now......is this a bummer or what????
