I recently received a promotional flyer in my copy of Computer Active Mag for ink cartridges buy one get one free and although I was careful to fill in the on line order form correctly I only received the amount I paid for which was x6.

I phoned IT direct and was told I had not filled the promotional part of the form in. Which is false

They then said the only way to get an extra x6 cartridges would be to order again using another promotional flyer

That would mean I would (if they sent me the correct amount)have x18 cartridges some of which would dry up long before I would get round to using them.Plus paying out another
