cricket cell phone billing issues this is regarding the shady billing practices used by cricket cell phone company,after a few months of fairly reasonable service all of a sudden the phone is disconnected , I had not recieved a bill prior to this so i got on the web site and had it reconnected after paying a $15 reconnection fee.Well guess what happens next month? no bill received in the mail again and the phones is shut off again,this time I'm not going to be paying a $15 fee so i call the 800 number and get the runaround from one menu to another with no chance of speaking to a real person! now I'm starting to get really p o'ed about this so i lie and say i'm activating a new phone and finally get through to some person who barely speaks english and who is located in the phillipines,Way to go cricket!!!!!! another job outsourced overseas to some one who can barely speak the language .so after ranting and raving at this person for a while i finaly get some satisfaction and my childs phone turned on again,but it seems to me that cricket intentionally does this so they can charge people the extra money for reconnection,well guess what cricket? wanna see how quick i can be an ex customer? just pull this stunt next month and you'll find out!!!!!
