I changed banking direct deposit locations and notified all of my creditors of this fact. Two of my creditors were'nt timely in the change which one of them attempted to retrieve payment from the old account which had a balance $3.15. The bank took it upond themselves and paid the account totaling $171.00 which cause a overdraw which I was charge a fees. I did not authorize that transaction and how dose the bank valadate such action without my consent. I have tried on several occassions to get answers to this dilemma and recieved the usual run around. I am asking for help in this matter to any and all agencies,BBB,State Attorney,and the local trouble shooter news media personel. If you can lend any asistance in this matter it would be greatly appreciated.
