e-harmony.com I originally paid for their 6 month plan with my credit card. At first they would answer my e-mails right away and then it got to where I didn't receive any matches. It was if I didn't exist anymore. They wouldn't answer any e-mails either. My friend became a member at the same time and they had the same problems. I don' know if their system was down or what. I never heard from them for a couple of months. I tried to contact them that I had met up with my old high school sweetheart and did not want to renew my subscription with them. No response from them. Then all of a sudden I started to get matches from them. Three or four a day. That is when I received word from them that they had charged my bank account for another month's subscription. I did not want their services, nor did I want to pay them $24.95 for nothing. You cannot get in touch with them and speak to anyone and the web site that consists of 90 spaces doesn't respond. They probably charge thousands of customers this fee and get away with it and they know it. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I guess I am just one more customer that is upset with them. I hope they read this e-mail too. Bill from Texas
