Sirens Clothing Store in North Riverside Illinois.

My daughter bought a cropped demin jacket on sale for $10. The stitching inside the jacket was very hard and scratchy. On the receipt it states no refunds allowed exchanges only within 7 days. My daughter picked a top for the same price. There was a cashier in training and he was about to make the exchange, when a woman said no can do. Says you can only exchange jacket for another jacket off the same rack. I said it does not state that on the receipt and we're following the protocol. Said they verbally tell everybody that when the buy the jacket. I said if that's the case then in needs to be in writing on the receipt. I asked for a manager - she said I am the manager. I asked for the daytime manager and she gave me her name, then said you can call if want but she's going to tell you the same thing (???). I tried to find a corporate office for this place but was unsuccessful. I will never shop there again, nor my daughter or our friends.
