i pucrchesed a laptop on sale at Circuit City.some sales guy decided to include a 2 year service contractno my total whn i said several times i didn't need it. He tried to selme a new printer and routr. I id i had my own and didin't need them. I was having them load some antivirus and spyware sweeper on. It was supposied to be done in 2 hours. Three and half hours later it wasn't done yet. I let it go for the night since it was getting late. I waited the next day's morning and some of the afternoon for a call from them that it was ready. No call, so I had to call. I was put on hold 5 times and on the phone for over 15 minutes. I was finally told that the unit was ready for pickup. Then there was no appt for the in home set up service i paid for. Thwy were supposeed to call me within an hour and didn't get back to me for 2 hours. When the tech showed up he had things linked up or the wireles connection and at some point during netwroking my printer the wireless connection and internet connection on my desktop were gone. no longer able to get online. He blamed my router and said he had to come back the next day with a new routr. More money looking for me to pay. I loaded it back into it's box and got it ready to return to the store. When i took it back they would not give me a full refund. They would not refund the money i paid for tech service I am not going to bve using...They said i could not get reimbursed that money and i had to pay that bill. I am paying about $270 for nothing. just to give circuit city money for service i won't use cause i returned that laptop. I am being robbed by Crcuit city and i'm sure i'm not the only one they are screwing over like this.
