I would like to forewarn anyone that is thinking about

purchasing WildBlue internet service. I will say,

when you have it installed, it does work well, but; if

you move, get ready for a long excruciating ordeal.

WildBlue does not simply change the address and phone

number on your account. They "re-build" your account.

They delete your old information; create a new account

(email included) which took a week. It took another 3

weeks for an installer to come re-install the system.

(I had already moved the dish and had it mounted on

the roof of my new home). To let you know how

clueless these people are, they shipped me a new dish

and modem. They DO NOT return the emails that you

submit over their website and their tech support is

the same ole same ole... no one can help expedite. If

you send a complaint letter directly to the CEO, be

sure to not make the mistake I did; it wasn't sent

certified personal.

Good luck to anyone wanting to move their WildBlue.

The customer service and account management is

pitiful.
