I purchased an antique regulator clock on E-Bay. The supplier had the item packaged and shipped from the above store. Upon receipt the item had been damaged in transit and I had it picked up by UPS on 11/10/07 and it was received by the shipper on 11/14. When I contacted UPS they told me that I would have to deal with the shipper (UPS Store) about my claim I contacted the shipper and they advised me that they had filed the clam with UPS and that it was out of there hands. I then contacted UPS who told me that they paid the claim to the shipper on November 22, 2007 and they could not give me any further information as I was not the shipper. I again contacted the shipper who informed me that he did not receive the payment from UPS. I am now out the money I paid the supplier 175.50 which included the shipping charges and the shipper has it all. And when I call UPS they claim there not responsible for the store, and when I call Mail Box etc - UPS Stores is a subsidiary, they tell me there not responsible - so where does a consumer go from here Can you help
