On Nov 9 2006 our company ordered some LED tail lights for our service truck from Lightlens.com. They stated on their web site items would ship in 3 days or if back ordered 4 to 6 weeks, we submitted our order and have never heard back from this company even after several status report requests sent via email on 11/14/2006,11/15/2006,11/17/2006 and on 11/17/2006 we canceled order due to the lack of response from lightlens.com. This company has a bad rating with the BBB in Califorina were thay are located, and I fear I was robbed of $317.90. My atty ask me to wait 30 days before taking auction to see if my credit card will be credited the amount charged on the order date. I have since ordered the same product from stylinconcepts.com and recieved great service, I had the new lights in 3 days from the order date. I checked with the mfg of the tail lights I had ordered from Lightlens thay stated the led tail Lights were in stock and not on back order with any suppliers. So beware of lightlens.com shop at your oun risk !!!!.
