This company provided me with a written, signed contract on August 22, 2006. They were supposed to provide licensing and insurance documentation to my lender.

After repeated calls, at least 30 of them, they called on me on November 2, 2006 and assured me the documents were sent to my lender that day.

As of today, November 30, 2006, the documents never arrived and I am finally throwing in the towel and hiring a new contractor.

When the original contract was signed, they were aware of the existing damage to the roof. In the four months since, the damage has grown much worse, causing considerably more damage to my home, including the formation of mold and substantial damage to the interior of my home.

This guy has no conscience and should be ashamed of himself.

Fortunately he left his "promises" to submit docs, etc. recorded on my answering machine and I of course intend to use them in a lawsuit. Please let me know if you have had bad experiences with this jerk.
