according to instructions from Perry of Improvements during a phone conversation on December 27, 2005, I proceeded by returning the following in its original package and wrapping on January 17, 2006:

Car Compass / Odometer Order No. 796 86900001

Item No. 209975

Perry requested I add a note with the pre-printed return form asking for a cash refund rather than a merchandize credit. I told Perry that this was a birthday present and that I have no need or use for this or similar items.

I have received no response from Perry, much less a refund check. Please, follow-up and reply at your convenience. Your immediate attention in the matter would be appreciated.
