Epson Stylus CX4600 Printer

For christmas last year my brother gave me an Epson stylus cx 4600 printer,with extra features. I have not had this printer a year and it will not print. I have used up one set of ink cartridges that cost $75.56 at Office Max and half of another trying to clean the print heads. I haqve done everything the maintenance book tells me to fix the problem and get the printer to work. Can the Company help me fix this problem? I am frustrated and discouraged. I would not recommend this product to anyone and will try to discourage people I know from buying.
