Disneyland Anaheim We visited Disneyland & California Adventure this last Saturday November 25, 2006. My complaint revolves around the Fantasia display that took place in front of Pirates of the Caribbean around 9:00PM People wait for over 3 hours to watch this show and there is no place to sit. You have to stand behind ropes with hundreds of other people. This is an ill conceived idea, you cannot see unless you have a place in front, which requires a three hour wait and the masses watching this show interfere with the people that are trying to use the rest of the park. Also, we stopped at a local caf From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Thursday, 30-Nov-06 12:18:21 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisFirst of all, its Fantasmic! Not Fantasia and its first-come-first-serve basis. Yes other guests do wait sometimes up to 5 hours to see the show. Your not required to wait for 3 hours unless you really want to. If you get there at least an hour to 45 minutes before the show, your chances of getting a front row spot (along the river sitting, not specifically front row) are pretty big. Don't come at the last second and think you are entitled to get a front row spot. That area holds up to 16,000 people for the show and has big, one-way only direction walkways that are heavily patrolled by Fantasmic Cast Members to keep the walkways clear of bystanders trying to stop and see the show.
