Customer Service? To whom it may concern:
I have been having a problem with my Razor phone. The screen [that is underneath the screen] gets dirty till I can not read my screen very easily. This is the second time this has happened. The last was in May, when you sent me a replacement Razor, but unfortunately it has happened again. I spoke with Christiana back at the beginning of November and she said that they have been having this problem and that she was going to replace my Razor with a LG CU500. I told her I was not familiar with that unit and would like to investigate it a bit more before this transaction. It was also of matter of timing, I was about to leave town and would not be at my office when the phone arrived and would not have been able to return the razor within the allotted time frame. So she suggested that I call back when I got back in town. I got back in town and through the holidays and was able to check the phone out at our Cingular store. They spoke highly of the unit and suggested I make the exchange. Well it is now November 29,06. I called your 800-801-1101 number at a little before 8:00 pm CST. After approximately 1 hour and 7 or so minutes of total phone time I spoke with approximately 4 different individuals. Of which the first 2 names I did not write down, the second individual I spoke with was very unprofessional and absolutely inappropriate in his service approach so I asked to speak with his supervisor and was put on hold for another *!~? + minutes and finally received another customer service person - Shannon - who was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was now finally being helped and on my way to satisfying my phone situation. She cleared up any and all the misunderstandings and then transferred me to another individual - Jacquelyn - who was to complete our transaction. As we began our dialog I was all of a sudden cut off (at exactly 9:00 pm sharp). HOW CONVENIENT! Now I try calling back and I receive a message that you are closed and that I would have to call back during tomorrows business hours. As an extremely busy business man all I ever wanted is for someone to help me with my phone situation. If I ever treated ANY of my customers like this I would be out of business for sure.
