Bundle services offered by AOL Time Warner

On Nov.12. I and anotherresident of an RV park in Penitas Texas, subscribed

toa package which is advertised both here in the United States and in

Canada. The offer states highspeed internet, cable TV and telephone with

unlimited long distance to both U.S. and Canada.

The sales person, a Mr. Luis Rodriguez, who works out of the Harlingen Texas

office told us what to expect and did so in front of witnesses at the

Fountain at Penitas RV park.

The cable and internet has been installed as promised. We are unable to get

the company to deliver on the phone service. We have heard from a Mr.

Albert Morales that, firstly, the service wold be connected a few days after

one specific conversation and on that same day, on the same phone call

handed to myself to confirmmy installation, Mr. Morales tells me the service

is not available. When I asked him what he told he previous gentleman, he

told me he would have to contact him to tell him the orders are cancelled.

To end this story. No one from AOL Time Warner has offered to return our

deposit, give us the service promised and in particular that little weasel

of a salesman. Mr. Luis Rodriguez of the Time Warner office in Haqrlingen

Texas has yet to contact any of us here to offer explanations of any sort.
