AMAZON WEBSITE CREDIT CARD

Last week I went to do some online shopping on Amazon. They make a point of telling you how you can save 30.00 by getting their credit card and INSTANTLY being approved.

After filling out the forms etc., I got a pop up saying "your form can't be processed at this time"

I called them wanting to know what the heck was going on since my credit is flawless. Amazon told me that they use Chase Bank and approvals are not instant, it takes 2-4 weeks and to take it up with them?! I replied with, "Hey, it says to apply for an AMAZON credit card, not a Chase bank credit card"

How can they get away with this false advertising?
