3G phone contract- pay half the amount 1st 6months and the full amount next 6 months

Below is complaint letter i sent to the Director- Mr I . Hussain of FAZZ & Co ltd, letter was sent 28/11/06

MR i.hussain

i took a contract with a member of staff of yours , at your east ham branch on the 01/05/2006, the contract was pay 1/2 the amount for the 1st 6months and the full amount for the next 6 months, it was a 3G contract.

I do not remember the persons name but i can identify the sales assistant if i go to the store again, when i got my 1st bill i was charged 26.97 pounds, instantly i phoned 3G and asked them why they are billing me the full amount, they said go to the dealer you took the contract with the arrangement is with them,

i went to the store they were 2 other indian gentle men there, i asked them about the procedure for getting back my money, they said bring your statments and i made sure i asked them is there a' cutt of period ' for brining back my statments ,they siad no, you can bring it any time,

so i went again to the the store with my 1st 3 statements as i thought i could collect half the money and i spoke to a Husiain Mujhaid he refused to believe me that i took this type of contract when i took the contract on 01/05/06 ,no one told me i needed another slip to say collect the money, I had the contract papers and i assumed that is all i will need to get money money back. I advise Hussain to check his books or with his staff as i was telling the truth, he was not helpful in any way and he treated me as though he was doing a favour for me and i had no right to come to his store, I insisted he check ,to confirm i am telling the truth as they should have record of all special contracts as they specilise in phones & contracts, he said he would speak to his accountant and i told him i will return to find out, what the verdict is as i am telling the truth,

when i went to the store my 3rd trip he said yes i was right and still he did not inform me 'if i bring my statments past the 6months i will not get my money. so i was under the impression every thing was sorted..i also decided to go to him again to ask him to atleast give me a document to say i have money due to me, just incase further problems arise, he siad No ,he will not be able to do that

On the 28/11/06 i go to his store with 7 statments, and he checks them and then he tells me i am to late, i am lost for words at this point and angered even more, he pulls out a file , with his rules and regulations ' it states that if you dont bring your statments by the 6month you not entitled to your money' I am so furious as i never saw this before i even enquired about the cutt of date, if there was one and i was give wrong information

Now Hussain shows me his rules and regulations but when i went to him , to find out if he has spoken to his accountant to confim that i am telling the truth , he still didnt tell me about the cutt off.He never showed it to me, becuase of the pathetic service, i now am not entilted to my
