2005 Toyota Camry

On November 5, 2006, I was turning to park my 2005 Camry in front of a Family Dollar Store. I was going extremely slow. I had my foot on the brakes when my car surged forward and crashed into the storefront window. I am positive that my foot was on the brake because it was still there when the car stopped. I am presently awaiting an investigation. I
