TWX AOL

I have had $25.90 taken out of my bank account by TWX AOL and I have no idea who they are or why that money is leaving my account. I have no recollection of signing up for any services by this provider and want the deductions from my account to stop. I noticed another complaint about this same situation and read that AOL is not able to help because it was taken out by TWX. I need to know how to get ahold of TWX so I can cancel whatever it is that I am being charged for. Please email any information to me at Email User
