The only reason I am taking the time replying to you is to get the facts

straight and let others see your arrogance. Maybe my expectations were too

high for your product. This was the first spell checker I tried other than

what Microsoft provides on my computer. It takes almost 30secs. for your

site to pull down the word list. This compared to instantaneously from

Microsoft is night and day. For a busy road warrior and frequent flyer 30

seconds is a long time. To say that your software having to go out to your

site every time to pull information does not drain battery, I have to really

question this!


NO matter what my reasons are, I have every right to cancel your product

without having to be criticized and judged by YOU! I would ask any company

to question if they want a person like you affiliated with them.


You must be a one man operation to hear my phone message, read my e-mail and

respond as you have. I guess you can afford to rub frustrated customers the

wrong way.

You were given a credit at 8PM on a Thursday night within 20 minutes of

asking. There is a large button at the top, and a small button at the

bottom of every web page on our site that says "Contact".


BTW, bbSpell causes no additional battery discharge (we have over 30,000

installations), and is the fastest spellchecker on the market for

blackberry.


You must be dissatisfied quite often.

That's all fine and good before the sale, doesn't change the fact on the

difficulty searching a wat to cotact someone from your site.

eastern, this is the first we have heard from you. While our web site

does

not provide automated refunds (does anyone's?), we have details on the

product, a flash movie of the product in action, and a free eval of the

exact product available for download. On top of all of this, we would

have

gladly issued a refund if you had just asked. Expect an email shortly on

your refund.

I ordered on line today your bbspell software. After downloading it I

found

out that it's a web supported software and I would like to cancel my

order.

It takes to long to download the spell checker and it drains to much on

my

phones battery. I went round in circles trying to cancel on your website

which you make it impossible to do.


 


Please do not make me have to take this matter up with my credit card

company to handle this cancellation. I don't want to take this further

with

Verizon and Blackberry to complain about your company. You need to make

it

easier for people to contact you and cancel their service.
