Personal Loan On Citibank

Hi,

My Loan number was LCB-A01-3ssss

I have obtained the

Personal Loan with the help of my credit card. The Co-Ordinator of Citi

Bank was Anjum contact number : 044-42651054, Branch-MountRoad Personal

Loan Department.

Problem 1:

As per the conversation which we had was

1% Processing fees only applicable on Total Loan Amt. I agreed the same,

so i have to receive Rs.99,000/= but i have received Rs.98,877.60/= so

the balance Rs.122.40 was missing. Today i have called her and asked abt

it, now she is saying it was Tax Amount. Why u deduct the Tax

amount???

She said that all the Banks are deducting the Tax amount

even in SB account, But no such banks are doing as of my knowledge. Even

i have ICICI bank recently i have done the Transaction of 1,00,000/= but

no Tax have been deducted the same applicable to Indian Bank. And i have

also obtained Personal Loan of 1,00,000/= from Indian Bank but the

processing fees was minimal amount and no such tax.

The Problem was,

She haven't informed me abt this and the Approval person also haven't

informed me abt this.

Problem 2:

Reg the same personal loan as per

the discussion if the loan was sanctioned by 31st i need to pay first

EMI on 7th day of coming month. So i disagreed and i said to approve on

1st but after all the process have been completed now she is saying that

the first EMI will be on 7th day of first week. My question was i am

getting loan only be 1st without usage (30days) of full amt why should i

need to pay.

The same i have got from Indian bank they are deducting

on every month even the first month loan payment was on the completion

of (30days).

Problem 3:

She said that i will receive the loan by

01/11/2006 but i have received only on 02/11/2006 evening. so the one

day of interest was with you. And the same i have deposited today

03/11/2006.

Let me know what you are going to do the above

problem.
