Couch/Walter E Smithe

A while back I purchased a custom made couch which cost apr. 5000.00 and with that the furniture was delilvered on time and unloaded from the truck. The cushions which were being put on the couch had a oval gold seal from Walter E Smith which should have been on the couch lining and not on the cushion. SO, The guy removes the label and it leaves an adhesive mark/stain on the fabric. I called customer service to come out and they sent someone to try and clean it and it did nothing. They then proceeded to tell me that the fabric was discontinued and that they could not do anything about it.

I will never buy a thing from them again. I also have told all the people at my fortune 500 corporate company to spread the word that Walter E Smith does not stand by their work.
