I wish to highlight about the pathetic service i have received from 1 of your Service center. I have launch compLAINT to your customercare dept on Thursday on 26/10/2006, ur dept told that they will cantact us, next day ur enginer Mr. Umesh r came open TV set, but he is Unable to solve that problem, he told sent another person, After two days another Mr. Mohan came , again he is anable to solve the Problem, he told he came tomarrow, still today no person has bother to come.

i have called ur customer care dept, they give number for that center ,i contacted but no one is came

Dear Videocon i must say that in all this the biggest looser will be you as your name is getting SPOILED , Please contact me asap as im still fuming with this treatment and incompetency.
