BP Telecom, Combase, Best Priced Cards International CallBack service

I spent several months trying to get services and then a refund from Combase

(www.combase.com) which also provides services under the name Best Priced

Telcom or BPTelcom (www.bptelcom.com) or Best Priced Cards

(www.bestpricedcards.com) or www.pinstatus.com.

I paid $50 for an international callback number using a credit card. Despite

over 15 contacts and email messages, I was unable to get service or a

refund. I have given up on ever getting back my $50.
