unacceptable loss of use of msn we have had so many loss of use of our webtv that we are livid. We are paying $21.95 per month and are unable to use it as you are constantly cutting out and telling us you have a problem. Well that is well and good but not what I am paying. I feel we should be getting a discount for the it was unavailable to us too many times this month and other months to boot. When we had a hurricane and lost our electricity the company was courteous enuf to credit us the amount of time we were out. It behooves your company to do the same thing and then perhaps we wouldn't feel so grouchy and taken advantage of..I will appreciate a response from you. thank you.
