bmw/vista

Hello,, my name is Jason Block , i brought my 2006 bmw x5 into vista bmw service for its 1st service and repair the left rear tire , when i got my x5 back the back area where the spare is kept was all torn up ,, originally vista said they were going to fix , but did not get bck to me for 9 days. when i finally called them they said they were not going to repair . If anyone can be of any assistance pls advise.
