>From day one the DVR smoked at installation, I had to go to the office and get replacement cause it was close to quitting time. Since i have had to replace it two additional times per the teck recommendations. we get poor reception ghost, bleed over, snow, channels disappear that we pay for for days. the service man comes out and finds nothing and leaves. With taxes and inter-net I pay over $200.00 per month. Why can we not get what we pay for? equipment is old and do not have HD and not looking to get it per TECK.

This is clearly a monoply and they are happy taking my money and not up grading nor maintaining a good system.

At time the volume is so low that a 600 watt sound system barley makes it so it can be heard if it is raining.

please advise if we have any recourse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
