I order a pair of shoes for my grandson from Rareshoestore.com. I was told the shoes I ordered were out of stock and they would not bill my card. They had already debited my card for the shoes. I have been trying since September to get my money refunded. I was told they were unable to put the money back into my account. I was asked for my mailing address and promised they would mail me my refund. As of this date I have not received my refund of $78.99 from Rareshoestore.com.
