Big Apple Hyundai
We had a 60K servicing of our 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe done in March 2006. Our vehicle broke down in Phillipsburg, NJ and at the Hyundai dealership there we were told we needed a new transmission. Big Apple Hyundai states that they did not do a transmission servicing during our 60K check up because we declined servicing. This is not true. They have been asked to provide documentation of this to the other dealership and have not. Now our car cannot be fixed because Big Apple Hyundai states we violated our extended warranty contract by declining servicing. This is not true. They stated that we needed a timing belt and had front brake wear. We told them just to do the 60K servicing. Why would anyone decline a free servicing? We feel robbed and violated.
Don’t patronize Big Apple Hyundai in Bronx, NY. They are thieves.
