I am complaining about a

landlord who does not give heat to her tenent [ she says it cost too

much to do so; in the meantime this tenent is freezing in a run down

slum apartment on mills ave ; the tenant is sick most of the time this

is my daughter who constantly calls me amd asks me if i can help her '

this is illegal to hold back heat ' my daughter is a diabetic and should

have heat l this landlord is very nasty and something should be done

before my daughter is in the hospital; the address is 1917 mills ave

norwood ohio my daughter lives in apt 3 in a converted atticwhich is a

rat hole; on the top floor; this landlord will fix up the rest of the

house and just does not bother helping my daughter ; if you want to talk

tell you how bad it is ; she needs to move and find a better section

house to live in ' the landlady just takes her money and gives her

nothing no heat; no repairs ' nothing; please do something before it is

too late thank you; the landlady is named emmadont know her last name ;
