I have enrolled in the keep the change that B OF A is offering.

My annual anniversary date was 10/29/2006 I was supposed to receive matches to this account. The first three months of matching funds are dollar for dollar up to $250.00 than 5% annually after that. I received $.55 into my account on 10/31/2006. I contacted the bank because I knew this was wrong it should have been a lot more than that. Will I have spoken to 5 different supervisors I have had at least four different cases opened for investigation and still there is has been resolution. I have been promised a $ 50.00 credit for the inconvenience from a supervisor named Jasmine Vinson Unit # 3680 I did not receive that. I think this keep the change is not what they promise when they want your money they make sure they get it but when you want your's forget it.
