Wells Fargo in Frisco TX

Wells Fargo are crude and rude. My wife's account gets a Child Support deposited into her account every other week same day everytime from her ex-husband .... $550.00. Well he apparently quit his job therefore this particular time the money didn't deposit but she still went on her bi-weekly $400.00 - $500.00 shopping spree.

Wells Fargo paid every single transaction (thanks to the wonderful $500.00 'automatic every account has it credit' we found out we have with them) and charged $33.00 for each one. By the time the smoke cleared we were $500 and some odd dollars in the negative and they charged $5.00 a day until it was cleared up. Unbelievable, this should be against the law. I told them to take the $500.00 credit off of the account and if there is no money there then simply DECLINE the transaction. They won't do that because the 'computers' are not set up that way.
