Toshiba 50 in HDTV This is to let everyone know how Toshiba handle's their customer service. We bought a 50 in HDTV, 3 months ago, which was $2,000.00. It has not worked for 3 days now. I contacted Toshiba who "promised" to send a "lamp" over night express so I CAN INSTALL ITMYSELF , as this is the "normal thing now for their products." Day 2 I called to make sure it was sent over night and was told "I don't know what to tell you, it was sent you won't get it till Thursday, day 4, or Friday, day 5". This is a warning that you need to know about as the holiday season approaches. Don't buy Toshiba unless you have the time to wait on parts that you have to install and like being lied to by their customer service department!
