Dancewear pants

I ordered dance pants from them on October 25th for my daughter who performs this Saturday.

They sent the wrong pants, and I was assured a refund of my return shipping once they received them back. I was also assured the correct pair would be sent out to replace them. I recieved new pants last Monday, but still no refund for my shipping. Also, I received the WRONG pants again!!!!! I have e-mailed them 5 times and called once. I have received no return e-mails or phone calls. It has been a week and a half.

There is only one pair of pants to choose from on their website that say Dance on them in rhinestones. Both pairs I got are not even available for sale!!! I don't know how I got them, but I wold like what I ordered! I don't think that's too much to ask..... I ordered item # DNCRPT in outh size 8/10.
