Buyer Beware of www.promopunch.com. They do not deliver and have appalling

service. Here is the complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau.


I ordered my magnets on November 16th. I proofed them on November 17th. I

was told that with the Thanksgiving Holiday I would not receive my magents

until November 28th. I did not receive my magents on November 28th. I called

that day and did not receive a phone call back. I called on November 29th

and was told they would check into my order and then call me back. I never

received a return phone call. I then called back later in the afternoon only

to have to try 3 different extensions to reach a live person. I was then

told that I was to get my order 1 week later then expected because of the

holiday. And that it was my fault because I did not put in a request date. I

have an invoice stating a request date of November 28th. When I told them

this did not seem right to me I was again told it was my fault. I then

cancelled my order immediately as I felt I was being taken advantage of.

Then the other owner of the company called me back to yell at me and tell me

that it was my fault for not ordering correctly and that I was in the wrong.

I have never been treated so badly as a consumer by a company.
