Compaq notebook

I mailed all the information for a $150 rebate and a 30 rebate on the purchase of a Compaq notebook purchased at Office Depot in Rosenberg, TX on August 4, 2006. These were mailed separately to Young America at two different addresses. I received the $30 one but after four months of waiting I have not received the $150 and doubt that I ever will. I feel like I have been scammed.. Could you tell me who to contact at Young America? This is the last thing I will buy with a mail-in rebate.
