Cingular rebate Card

To whom it may concern:

After my family and I purchased our phones from

Cingular Wireless, we received the rebate cards for

$25 each. I have tried all possible ways to activate

this card, using every possible 4 digit phone number

as required. These rebate cards were, in general, a

bad idea. Why not just send out a check, or credit

ones account? I believe that Cingular wanted to make

these cards hard to use on purpose. Therefore, people

would give up easily and Cingular would then be able

to pocket the money. When my 2 year plan is up, I

will not go back to Cingular for my wireless needs.

Thanks to your bad ideas, Cingular, you have just lost

a once very loyal customer.
