I bought a retractable car charger from them.

They mailed it to me and when I received it, it did not fit my phone (even though it clearly stated it was for a Palm Treo 650).

I notified them by phone and they sent a second one and a shipping label to mail the original one back.

The second one did not fit also (I don’t think any of them would have fit).

So I emailed them and was told they would send me a regular charger for the Treo 650.

I mailed back the 2 retractable chargers that did not fit and to this date I have never received anything from them.

They have sent emails insisting that they sent me the product (referring to the date of the original shipment).
