Very briefly - Amazon make it very difficult to voice a complaint

and, therefore, to get an answer. My most recent complaint is that

CDs ordered on November 25th. will not be delivered until January

2007. Amazon remind you, very clearly, that extra payment will ensure

Christmas delivery. I have been a good customer with Amazon but would

like the opportunity to ask them for reasons and to suggest that this

sort of commercial pressure may well resort in people like me

changing supplier.
