3 g contract / get half your money back

Below is complaint letter i sent to the Director of FAZZ & Co ltd, i went to one of his branches in EAST HAM, thats where my problem occured, this letter was sent yesterday..even if i dont get my money back its wrong that they get away and i hope no one else gets cheated by them !!

i took a contract with a member of staff of yours , at your east ham branch on the 01/05/2006, the contract was pay 1/2 the amount for the 1st 6months and the full amount for the next 6 months, it was a 3G contract.

I do not remember the persons name but i can identify him if i go to the store again, when i got my 1st bill i was charged 26.97 pounds, instantly i phoned 3G and asked them why they are billing me the full amount, they said go to the dealer you took the contract with the arrangement is with them,

i went to the store they were 2 other indian gentle men there i asked them, they said bring your statments i asked them is there a cutt of period they siad no, you can bring it any time, so i went again to the the store with my 1st 3 statements as i thought i could collect half the money and i spoke to a Husiain Mujhaid he refused to believe me that i took this type of special contract when i took the contract on 01/05/06 ,no one told me i needed another slip to say collect the money..finally Hussain contacted his accountant and he siad he believed me and the second time no one informed me that there was a dead line, and now i go today with my statments and he said

i missed the deadline..

why didnt they GIVE me that information from the start and i did ask as a customer..Now Hussain shows me his rules and regulations but when i went to him , to find out if he has spoken to his accountant to confim that i am telling the truth , he still didnt tell me about the cutt off.Hhe never showed it to me..., i am south african here on a working holiday..every cent i made i worked hard for it..i paid my bills the reason i took this contract was because i will be getting my 1/2 money back..i am in the verge of crying i have rent to pay and 70pounds might be nothing but i went 4 times to the store if some one gave me the right information from the beggining there would be no problems ..i asked questions as a consumer and i will go to the local paper and i will report this, i have robbed no one in my life and for this to happen beacuse your staff is not properly informed....

i have been made a fool of, when hussian siad come back with your statements he never pulled out the sheet that said if you do not come on the end of the 6month u will not get your money.. He only pulls out the SHEET TODAY WHEN I NEVER KNEW ABOUT.

he Never showed me it before..why wouldnt I COME AND COLLECT MY MONEY own MONEY I LIVE WALKING DISTANCE FROM HERE>>THIS SO UNFAIR AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

if i was made aware of the cutt of date and that i should have a slip to collect the money ..and IF i came after the cutt of date knowing that i was late then that would be my fault, but it is NOT the case

I going to write to the paper if i dont get my money as he NEVER told me about the DEADline before,he never told me and that is the honest truth.im a simple person who does not lie and for a company owed by indians to cheat other people is wrong
