Insipron E 1505/ Dell

I had a verbal contract with dell, for one year no financial charge. The other laptop that I had returned had two years verbal contact. I paid two checks of $50.00 before I returned it for the one I am using now. Which they charged $70.00 to return. So they used part of the checks to the new laptop. When I went to purchase the second laptop it said on the site that for one year there will be no finical charge. I was told you had a whole year before you will be financed, that was our verbal agreement. Since it was all over the phone they are told to write it down. My daughter misplaced the contract somewhere around the house so when I went to get a copy of the contract from the site I noticed it was change. On the verbal contract it said no financial charge for 12 months. When I talked to Bob today he said that they only do that for special costumers but I was not told that. I also talked to Brittany and she said that I record that you supposed to have that for the other laptop and started trying to say it was only for the other laptop but it was for both.
