Chase Home Finance

Chase Home Finance I would like to update the status of my complaint. After making, what seemed to be, a thousand phone calls to Chase, My problem has been solved and all is back in order like it should be. I suppose we got lucky once we finally talked to that JUST RIGHT person who made it happen. Most times I would get a foriengner on the phone from god only knows what country or state, but finally my wife was able to talk to someone from our State who was very polite and understanding and I personally believe she is the one who took care of the Escrow Issue. I would like to Thank who ever it might have been for helping us get rid of this nightmare and all I can do is hope that it never happens again. So for anyone who reads this and is having the same trouble with Chase saying you owe thousands in back escrow when you actually don't, Just be persistant with your calling and DON'T give up, it may take some time but you will eventually talk to the RIGHT person who will fix the problem for you.
P.S. Keep Calling and Don't Give Up, They are only Human and as you know WE all make mistakes...... My home mortgage was purchased by Chase. After 2 months my payment increased. ($1181 to $2165) It was because my escrow was underfunded, according to their records. But I had just received a $319 refund check for overpayment of Escrow. I have been working with them for over 1 year to resolve the situation to no avail. They call me at home and on the job. I dont know what to do. Please help me. iupugirl AT yahoo.com From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Tuesday, 19-Oct-10 18:16:45 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisMy situation is so similar to yours with Chase Home Financial, only so much worse. Chase made huge errors on my escrow, basing it on the previous owners taxes who had many exemptions. They socked me with a $12000 shortage payment. I have had over 50 calls with them but like you say they dont communicate well. I am seeking legal help.
