Theous.com web design + shopping cart integration

I signed up with www.theous.com June 26, 2006 for web design and

shopping cart integration. I was emailed and verbally promised by a manager named Albert Palomo that it would take 2-4 weeks to be completed and I would be surely satisfied with their work. It is now Nov,22 2006 almost 5 months and the work is not done yet. I have requested a refund and for weeks now I have been speaking to two managers named Albert Palomo and Mark Anderson whom are they giving me the run around.

I have also researched their reputation more thoroughly and found they have many negative posts on ripoffreport.com, here is the link to the people reviews http://www.ripoffreport.com/results.asp?q1=ALL&q5=theous+&submit2=Search%21&q4=&q6=&q3=&q2=&q7=&searchtype=0. They also have a fraudulent BBB logo on their website which according to their BBB logo it says they have an A score and heres the link http://8.3.8.198/labbb/other.htm .
