Has not returned my 8mm films which I sent to be converted in the spring, nor have they returned the DVD with the content. They have converted my movies to online viewing, but it seems my films are lost. I have mailed Email User more than 15 times, no reply (Except the automated reply which states they will get back to me within 24 hours – sure). Their phone support is now offline, but I was able to talk to people earlier, who all claimed they could help me, but didn’t. The last call was to a support person who was unwilling to do ANYTHING, take any action, except refer me to their non-functioning email support.

Do not use this company, I think they may be bankrupt or something – there seems to be no replies to any means of contact, and my 8mm films may be irrecoverably lost…
