AOL Travelers Advantage

AOL Travelers Advantage For the second year in a row, this entity has charged my credit card 119.95 USD. I have gone through the drill of disputing the charge with my credit card company. I have called the 800 number for AOL Travelers Advantage on the credit card invoice, but unless you can answer the cute little questions they ask, you cannot get access. Does anyone know: 1) Is it really a real company with a product? 2) What do they do? 3) What service do they provide? 4) How do you cancel? 5) How can I stop them? It is a pain to keep calling the credit card company and going through that drill.
