VONAGE “VONAGE’S” FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES After I cancelled an order in writing (I started having service problems before I even began service), instead of complying, 2 weeks later they sent me an E-Mail “confirming my order”!!?? In spite of my immediate written reply to “not ship or process”, they did so anyway!! Their UNOPENED box is still waiting for them to pick back up, so obviously I never started service, but VONAGE FRAUDULENTLY activated service in my name, and for at least 6 months FRAUDULENTLY charged my credit card account, in spite of my numerous written demands to stop, since they clearly were not authorized. I have a stack of documentation 2 to 3 inches thick and have complained to the Attorney General. FCC, BBB, “RawComplaints.com”, and “consumeraffairs.com”. If you are like me and take greatest exception to “VONAGE reaching into your pocket and stealing your money”, write to: 1) New Jersey Office of the Attorney General – Division of Consumer Affairs – Diana F.
