Power Washer

Mid-December 2005, I purchased a power washer called the Shop Force Model 170V - 1700 PSI - Serial #0503034350. In June 2006, it stopped working after one use. The 800-381-0999 phone number did not work and it was a recording - no live person. The www.power-washer.us online had an email to send your problems or questions but it would not work during the day or evening hours. We did follow the list of directions on the online screen but it didn't work. We tried to take it back to Meijers Inc where we purchased it with our original receipt but Meijers refused it because it had been over three months. We just want it fixed or replaced. My brother in-law purched a powerwasher Model#pw1800u 1800psi he used it once and it quit working he just got it the other day sep23 08 and i have looked on the inernet the website that was on the operators Manual and dident find anything on there that could help me i resd what others have sent in and sounds like this is a bad deal i would say to check befor you buy one that if it dosent work if you can return it to the store where you got it from if you cant then dont buy it ...thank you

I bought my P1750 in April '08 and used it twice. The hose blew out and they replaced it as in warranty. Now I can't get any pressure out of it. The motor is still in warranty but I can't get a response from the company. My emails get a canned response "We'll get back to you" - and they never do - I've written 5 times. Their "Live Chat" rarely works. The one time I got through, I was dropped in the first two minutes. Their products aren't cheap but they certainly have insulated themselves from the their customers.

I bought the model # PW1700 a 1700 psi on Nov. 23, 2007. I started using it in the month of April and used it 3 times for about 3 hours each time, with multiple breaks in between each use. Anyways the water pump won't shut off and there's no water pressure. I looked over the owners manual and reviewed the trouble shooting chart, and looked over the suggested problems it might be, but still no luck. I'm kind of upset because I just bought this product and it's already not working. Please help!?
