Childrens Book Order

I am writing to you because I recently found out that my Mother has been defrauded by Chapel Sales, Inc out of New Jersey.

Earlier this year, a bright young African American woman came to my mothers' house and spent endless hours talking/ sharing; the end result was she had my Mom lock stock and barrel - sold on purchasing Children's Books for my daughter. Well, my Mom, being an elder and somewhat naive, fell for the scam and has since paid them over $100.00 for books she has NEVER received. My mother only has her cancelled checks proving that she indeed has paid them in May and June 2006, and she is yet to receive any merchandise. I just found this out and was attempting to find information on the company and did a Google search and was directed to your web site, as there was another consumer posting a similar complaint. I have reached out to the other consumer in hopes of getting more detailed information their experience. I cannot believe the consumer has no recourse other than to travel to New Jersey to pursue justice.

I would like to know if you have any direct contact information for Chapel Sales, Inc. or any advice on how to not only assist my Mother with retribution, but also on how to STOP Chapel Sales from defrauding consumers?
