Why in the world do you put someone who cannot speak understandable English on the drive thru window to take orders???? US citizens are the ones who made your company successful, so please use someone who speaks English that we can understand to take our orders in the drive thru. Everytime we go to Burger King we are frustrated because we cannot understand the Hispanic person taking the order. Why should we continue buying food from Burger King if we always leave there feeling angry and frustrated? This has been going on for several years in Batavia and the customer service is non-exsistent for US citizens!
